Growing Grass

The signs of spring are coming soon hopefully! We started our own spring garden in the classroom

Wheat grass is a quick growing vibrant green.

First we explored the dry seeds.

We put the seeds in jars with water to soak.

We watched them soak.

We looked carefully at the changes using a light table.

We planted the seeds, then waited...

After the weekend we discovered grass!
